As a proactive problem-solver, Maggie is not one to shy away from a challenge. This is just one of the many reasons why she embarked on a career in Payroll. Since her very foundations as an Accounts Receivable & Credit Control Officer, Maggie has discovered that the world of Payroll is far more than making calculations—it’s also about fostering an in-depth understanding of the regulatory environment, and interpreting that through Payroll functions.
Enthralled by the HR aspect of the job, Maggie has combined both of her passions in becoming Polyglot Group’s HR and Payroll specialist for PNG.
Maggie has a wealth of experience under her belt; not only has she been a Payroll/HR specialist, but also a Payroll Team Leader and a Payroll Manager. This experience, in addition to her Business Management degree means she is an organised leader in her field. Whilst Maggie enjoys so many aspects of her role at Polyglot Group, one of her favourite parts of the job is continually learning and improving.
