Michael Antonievich

Renewable Energy & Environment Manager

Passionate about sustainability and climate change mitigation, Michael’s knowledge spreads right across the environmental sector. He currently focuses on providing specialist talent acquisition solutions within the advisory services, renewable energy, environmental management and sustainable infrastructure sectors. With over 12 years' combined recruitment and consultative sales experience across a variety of industries, Michael is proud to be a leader in his field.

True to Polyglot Group’s global mindset, Michael's focus spans both the Australian and New Zealand markets, and he works closely with numerous clients from Europe and the US. He is an excellent relationship builder with an ever-expanding network of engineering consultancies, project developers and industry-leading SMEs. He assists partners along their growth journey, whether it's staffing projects, setting up operations, or managing human resources.

Michael holds a PG Diploma in Environmental Management from the University of New South Wales, as well as a BA in Sociology and Conflict Resolution from Auckland University of Technology.

Michael’s love of travel also saw him spend two years in Brazil, and he now speaks conversational Portuguese and a little Spanish (a true asset to his cross-cultural career)!
